About Us

MultiPanel is a digital key shop for mobile and PC games: license keys, certificates and accounts, delivered instantly.

Our goal is simple: in pay-to-win games where "pay more, win more" decides who is on top, everyone should be able to reach the same tools at a fair price — without waiting.

The software sold in our store belongs to independent third-party developers. MultiPanel is not the developer of this software and has no connection with the publishers of the games. Game names and trademarks are used only to describe the products and belong to their owners.

Notice for rights holders

If you believe a product offered through our site infringes your rights, please contact us through Support or Telegram from your company's official e-mail address or through your lawyer. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days depending on volume; if the request is found justified, the product is removed from sale within 7 business days.

What we offer

Automatic key delivery right after payment
Buying and notifications through our Telegram bot
Key reset requests from the website or the bot
Special prices and level discounts for dealers
Support from a real team

How it works

1. Create an account

Register for free with your username and e-mail. You can also apply to become a dealer for special prices.

2. Add balance

Open Add Balance and pay by card (Shopier) or crypto. Card payments are added automatically, crypto payments after the transfer is confirmed. You can also pay for a product directly on its page, or contact us on Telegram (@maviwarez).

3. Choose a product and plan

Pick the product and the plan you need (day, week or month). Longer plans cost less per day.

4. Get your key instantly

Right after payment the key appears on screen, in your account under My purchases and in our Telegram bot. Some products are delivered manually; you get a notification when they are ready.

5. Need help?

Changed your device? Request a key reset from the Key Reset page or with /reset in the Telegram bot. For anything else open a support ticket or write to us on Telegram.

One person may not use another person's account or payment method.
Accounts used for fraud, chargebacks or abuse may be suspended.

Products

All products are digital (license keys, certificates, accounts) and are delivered to your account.
The software belongs to third-party developers. Product features, compatibility and availability may change after game updates.
Using third-party tools may be against the rules of the game you play and may lead to restrictions on your game account. You use the products at your own responsibility.

Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital keys that are delivered and revealed instantly, a key that has been delivered cannot be returned.

When you can get a refund or replacement

The key you received does not work and our support team cannot fix the problem — you get a replacement key or the amount back to your balance.
A manual-delivery product could not be delivered — the amount is returned to your balance.
You were charged twice for the same order by mistake — the extra charge is returned.

How to request

Open a support ticket with your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). Requests are answered as quickly as possible.

Not covered

Keys that worked and stopped working because of a game update, a ban on the game account or a device change (use Key Reset for device changes).
Purchases made by mistake after the key was revealed.

Telegram (@maviwarez).
