How do I pay and which methods do you accept?
You can pay by card through Shopier or with crypto (USDT, BTC, LTC), either to top up your balance or directly on the product page. Card payments are confirmed automatically, crypto payments after our team confirms the transfer. You can also contact us on Telegram (@maviwarez).
How fast do I get my key after payment?
In-stock keys are delivered instantly: on screen, in your account under My purchases and in our Telegram bot. Manual-delivery products are prepared by our team and you get a notification when they are ready.
What should I do if my key stops working after a game update or a device change?
For a device change, send a key reset request from the Key Reset page or with /reset in our Telegram bot. For other problems, open a support ticket with your order number and our team will help.
Can I request a product that is not in the catalog?
Yes. Open a support ticket or write to us on Telegram and tell us what you need. We check every request and add new products regularly.
Do you serve buyers from other countries?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and the website opens in your device language — English, Turkish, Russian, German, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic or Georgian.
Do you have a refund policy?
Delivered keys cannot be returned, but if your key does not work and our support cannot fix it, you get a replacement or the amount back to your balance. See the Refund Policy for details.
